- I have included a detailed explanation about how I run the award system in my actual product, but here is the lowdown:
- I have a quick award ceremony during my Morning Meeting every Friday.
- I give 5-7 awards per week and try to rotate through my students rather fairly (see checklist included for easy record-keeping)
- I print 15-20 per award out at the beginning of the year and this lasts me all year!
